Chemical Waste Recycling

Chemical Waste Recycling Photo

Industrial wastes are the useless, undesired products that are generated generally by industrial activity which includes mills, industries, factories and mining operations. Chemical waste may be in the form of solid, liquid or gas either hazardous or non-hazardous. Four characteristics in a chemical waste that classifies it to be hazardous are: Corrosivity, Reactivity, Ignitability and Toxicity. There are certain regulations under which chemical waste may fall like COSHH in UK, or Clean Water Act & Resource Conservation and Recovery Act in USA.
